Pervious Concrete Project with Studio 804

Pervious Concrete Driveway and Sidewalk, placed by volunteers for Studio 804. Studio 804 is a not-for-profit organization by Kansas University Architectural Students.

The Students designed this LEED® Home and walked it through all of the construction processes
from plans to final product. The students worked with green, sustainable building products to make this home an energy efficient, beautiful and sustainable home in Kansas City, KS.

The pervious concrete driveway provides a durable surface while allowing rainwater to pass through the surface, keeping stormwater on site nourishing grass & plants around the home. This keeps stormwater out
of storm sewers & reduces urban flooding.
